Use of the app

The app is intended for authorized operators who manage connected Facebook Page, business, and advertising assets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with Meta policies, advertising rules, applicable laws, and your organization's requirements.

Operator responsibility

• You must have permission to connect and manage the Facebook assets used by the app.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content, rendered creatives, and advertising settings before activating campaigns.
• You must not use the app to create misleading, unlawful, infringing, or policy-violating content.

Automation

The app may generate drafts, render images, create paused ads, monitor performance, and apply configured guardrails. Automated outputs should be reviewed by an operator before live activation whenever possible.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or policy-violating activities. You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform, its infrastructure, or any connected third-party systems.

No guarantees

The app is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, campaign approval, advertising performance, or specific business results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainTitan LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Operators remain responsible for review, activation, and oversight of live publishing and advertising activity.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
