FAQ

Common questions before setup.

These are the questions teams usually ask before they connect Meta access, choose a plan, and start using Fypia as an operational system.

Is Fypia just an AI Facebook post generator?

No. Fypia includes AI generation, but the product is built as a Facebook content operations workspace. It manages source collection, draft review, image rendering, Planner publishing, ads workflows, comment jobs, and learning instead of only producing text from a prompt.

How is Fypia different from Buffer or Hootsuite?

Buffer and Hootsuite are primarily scheduling and social management tools. Fypia starts earlier with source collection and AI draft generation, then continues into Planner handoff, comment operations, ad guardrails, and learning signals. It is designed for teams that need the production workflow around Facebook content, not only a calendar.

How is Fypia different from using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can help write individual posts, but it does not track source quality, render state, approval queues, Planner handoff, comment automation, ad launch lineage, or learning loops. Fypia gives operators a controlled workflow around AI output.

Who is Fypia built for?

Fypia is built for operators, agencies, and lean content teams that run Facebook content operations as an ongoing workflow instead of a series of one-off posts. It is especially useful when source collection, AI drafting, publishing, comments, and learning need to happen in one system instead of across disconnected tools.

Do I need to use Fypia’s Meta credentials?

No. Fypia is designed around a bring-your-own access model. Each workspace connects its own Meta app and tokens, so the business keeps control over its own access while Fypia provides the workflow, automation logic, review surfaces, and learning system around it.

How does Fypia handle AI draft generation?

Fypia does not treat AI like a blank prompt box. It starts with source material, filters weak inputs, and then generates reviewable drafts in multiple formats. Operators can approve, reject, preview, rerender, edit overlays, and send approved drafts to Facebook Planner from the draft workflow.

What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Max?

Free is for collecting and controlling source material. Pro is for generating, rendering, publishing, preparing ads, and writing manual reply drafts. Max is for deeper post-publish automation: automatic comment detection, automatic AI replies, ad guardrail regeneration, and the learning engine.

Does Fypia support Facebook ads automation too?

Yes. Pro and Max workspaces can access the ads module. That gives teams one place to generate ad creatives, create paused ads, review launch lineage, and keep paid growth attached to the same source-backed workflow as organic publishing. Max goes further by adding underperforming-launch regeneration guardrails so ad replacement can happen with more structure and visibility.

Can I start manually and automate later?

Yes. That is the intended rollout path. Free helps you build the source layer first. Pro adds AI generation and publish automation. Max adds automatic comment handling and learning. Teams can move one layer at a time instead of forcing full automation on day one.

Does Fypia auto-publish everything by default?

No. Fypia is designed as a controlled automation system, not an uncontrolled autoposter. Drafts can be reviewed before publishing, publishing can be gated by plan, and learning scopes can be set to paused, review-only, or auto-apply depending on how much autonomy the team is ready to trust.

How does comment automation work?

On Pro, Fypia can generate AI-written first-comment and reply text while the operator stays in charge of sending. On Max, the system can detect comments automatically, queue replies, and execute AI-powered responses under the rules configured for the workspace, including cooldowns, reply limits, and thread-depth limits.

What is the learning engine actually doing?

The learning engine turns publishing history, comment outcomes, experiments, and operator feedback into visible strategy signals. It can show which post patterns, first comments, and reply tones are winning, which are underperforming, and which scopes are getting close to safe automatic tuning.

Is workspace data isolated?

Yes. Fypia’s SaaS model is workspace-scoped. Sources, drafts, schedules, comment jobs, learning records, and workspace settings are intended to be isolated per workspace. Admin views can inspect the platform, but customer-facing workflows run inside the current workspace boundary.

Are secrets visible to admins or other users?

No. Secrets are stored in encrypted or redacted form depending on the layer. Operator-facing and admin-facing views show status, connection health, and redacted last4-style metadata instead of raw secret values.

How does Stripe billing fit into the product?

Stripe handles subscription checkout, renewal, and billing lifecycle events. Fypia uses plan state to unlock or restrict automation gates, so features such as AI draft generation, ads automation, Planner publishing, automatic replies, and the learning engine follow the active subscription level configured for the workspace or user.

Can I configure my own schedule and notifications?

Yes. Workspaces can configure publishing schedules, preset times, automatic learning times, and scheduled draft generation. Scheduled draft generation can also send a Telegram notification after a run completes, which helps operators keep track of automation without sitting in the dashboard all day.

How do I remove data or request cleanup?

Use the public Remove Data page if you want to request deletion, or contact support if the request needs workspace-level review. Public privacy, terms, contact, and data-removal pages remain accessible outside the app so operators and customers can always reach them.
